Non Voice process Execuitve

Job Summary

We are hiring a Non-Voice Process Executive to handle backend operations, data entry, customer support via chat/email, and documentation tasks. The role does not involve phone calls and requires good typing skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through chat, email, or ticketing systems.
• Perform data entry, record updates, and maintain accurate reports.
• Verify documents and update customer information.
• Respond to customer issues professionally and provide timely resolutions.
• Coordinate with internal teams for follow-up and issue closure.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer data.
• Ensure daily target completion and productivity standards.

Required Skills

• Good written communication skills
• Fast and accurate typing (preferred 25–30 WPM)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Ability to work both independently and in a team

Eligibility Criteria

• Education:Any Degree
• Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years (BPO/Non-voice preferred)
• Female / Male candidates can apply
• Age: 20–25 years

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
