Job Description

We’re Hiring – Chat Support -Non voice process
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Employment Type: Full-time, Work from Office

Job Role:

Handle customer queries and support requests via chat.
Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries.
Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication.
Escalate issues to relevant departments when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 months of experience in Chat/Customer Support.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with accuracy.
Willing to work in rotational shifts.
