About the Role:

We are seeking a Customer Chat Support Executive (Email Process) to handle customer queries and issues through email and chat platforms. The ideal candidate should have excellent written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to provide quick and accurate resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and respond to customer queries through email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality customer service.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant teams.
• Meet process SLAs (response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth query resolution.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in Customer Support/Email or Chat Process.
• Strong written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle multiple queries simultaneously with attention to detail.
• Good typing speed and basic computer knowledge.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts, including weekends if required.
