We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our Non-Voice Process team. As a Non-Voice Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and processing requests via email, chat, or ticketing systems — with no phone interaction involved. This is an ideal role for candidates who have strong written communication skills and a focus on quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or internal ticketing systems
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines
  • Coordinate with other departments for issue resolution
  • Meet daily/weekly productivity and quality targets
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security protocols

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,577.00 - ₹29,656.00 per month
