Job Description

We're Hiring –

Process- Domestic Non-Voice (Email Process)

Location: Marathahalli, Bangalore

Languages Required: English and Hindi

Qualification: 12th Pass and Above

Experience: Minimum 1 year in Customer Support (Email or Chat preferred)

Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints via email with accuracy and professionalism.
Provide timely resolutions while maintaining high service quality.
Update and manage customer records in the system.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues effectively.
Maintain adherence to company policies and communication standards.

Shift: Day Shift

Work Days: 6 days working, 1 rotational week off

Salary Details:

Fresher: ₹23,000 CTC | ₹18,000 Take Home
Experienced: ₹25,000 CTC | ₹20,000 Take Home
