Job Description

Job Summary:

Non-Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry, verification, and maintenance in company systems.
Handle email and chat-based customer queries with professionalism and clarity.
Review, process, and validate documents for accuracy and completeness.
Support internal teams by providing timely updates and reports.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and SLAs.
Manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree / Diploma in any discipline (Freshers can apply).
Good written communication skills in English.
Strong typing speed with accuracy (30–40 WPM preferred).
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle repetitive tasks with attention to detail.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts (if required).

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience in a BPO/Non-Voice process role.
Knowledge of data management tools and CRM software.
