Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Non IT Recruiter. The Non IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle recruiting process which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for non-IT positions. The role will also involve collaborating with various departments to understand their hiring needs and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Qualifications

  • Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
  • Experience in Recruiting and Technical Recruiting
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the education industry is a plus
