Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Source
810 quality CVs daily
through job portals, references, and networking.
Understand client requirements, gather detailed job specifications, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for
Sales Promoters / Retail Sales roles
(e.g., Home Appliance Sales).
Manage
interview coordination and scheduling
with candidates and clients.
Maintain and update the
line-up tracker
regularly.
Handle
email communication and recruitment activities
effectively.
Build and maintain
strong client relationships
; act as a single point of contact for hiring needs.
Conduct
client visits
as required to understand hiring needs and strengthen business ties.
Organize and manage
job fairs / hiring drives
for bulk recruitment.
Ensure continuous
follow-up with clients
for feedback and closure.

Requirements:

Proven experience in
FMCD/Retail sector hiring
is a must.
Prior experience in
sales promoter recruitment
is highly preferred.
Strong sourcing and screening skills with focus on
quality hiring
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Willingness to travel for
client visits and job fairs
.
