Non IT / Non Clinical Recruiter

As a Senior US NON IT / Non Clinical Recruiter based in Noida, Sector 62, you will be working in the EST shift from 6 pm IST to 3:30 am IST. Your role will involve meeting new individuals regularly and possessing the skill to assess a candidate's potential through effective questioning techniques. Your exceptional organizational abilities will be crucial for establishing and managing a pool of potential candidates. It is essential that you demonstrate a strong commitment to not only meeting but also surpassing the designated quotas. Your responsibilities will include having proven expertise as a Non-technical / Non-Clinical Recruitment Specialist or in a similar capacity. A solid comprehension of non-technical job roles and their requirements is necessary. Your communication and interpersonal skills should be excellent to effectively engage with candidates. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, you should have between 6 months to 2 years of experience in non-technical recruitment.,
