Hiring: Non-Convertible Debenture (NCD) Officer

Role Overview

NCD Officer

Key Responsibilities

Manage issuance, pricing & structure of NCDs
Handle SEBI, RBI & other regulatory compliance
Build & maintain investor relationships
Monitor NCD performance & implement risk strategies
Oversee documentation, redemption, and interest payments
Coordinate with internal finance, legal & treasury teams

Eligibility

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA preferred)
2+ years in treasury, corporate finance, or capital markets
Strong knowledge of SEBI/NCD norms, credit risk, and financial modeling
Proficient in Excel and financial tools
Must be based in or willing to relocate to Bijnor
