Node.js Full-Stack Developer (React.js, MongoDB)

IBL Finance, an NSE Listed NBFC, is seeking talented Full-Stack Developers with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB to build scalable and secure fintech platforms. You will design and implement both client-side and server-side applications, ensuring seamless user experiences and robust backend systems for financial services.

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using React.js (Hooks, Context API, Redux).
• Build secure and scalable backend services and APIs with Node.js and Express.js.
• Work with MongoDB for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
• Integrate with third-party APIs, payment gateways, and financial systems.
• Ensure application security, authentication, and compliance with NBFC/fintech regulations.
• Optimize application performance for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, Flutter developers, and UI/UX designers.
• Conduct code reviews and contribute to technical discussions and architectural decisions.

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Strong knowledge of React.js (functional components, hooks, state management).
• Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Hands-on experience with MongoDB (schema design, aggregation pipelines, indexing).
• Solid understanding of security protocols, JWT/OAuth, encryption, and fintech compliance standards.
• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in agile teams.

• Experience with TypeScript for full-stack development.
• Knowledge of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Prior experience in fintech, NBFC, or banking applications.
