Description
We are looking for a skilled Node.js Developer with 3-4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in building scalable applications, writing efficient backend logic, and integrating APIs. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or Nest.js. - Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services. - Work with databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL to manage data efficiently. - Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security. - Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues. - Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, OAuth). - Work in an Agile environment and participate in sprint planning and reviews. Required Skills : - Strong proficiency in JavaScript & Node.js. - Experience with Express.js, Nest.js, or similar frameworks. - Hands-on experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Knowledge of asynchronous programming, promises, and callbacks. - Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus. - Experience with Git and version control best practices. - Understanding of unit testing (Jest, Mocha, Chai). - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with TypeScript. - Knowledge of Microservices Architecture. - Familiarity with GraphQL. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines. Educational Qualification : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
