Job Description

We are actively seeking a passionate and skilled

Node.js Developer

to join our on-site development team at

Live Deftsoft

, Mohali. This role is ideal for candidates with

a minimum of 1 year of experience

in backend development, particularly in real-time systems, gaming logic, and modern JavaScript frameworks. As a Node.js Developer, you will play a key role in building high-performance digital products, enhancing gaming platforms, and integrating advanced real-time features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of hands-on experience
working with
Node.js
.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript
and
TypeScript
.
Practical experience with
Socket.io / WebSockets
for real-time applications.
Exposure to
gaming platforms or real-time game logic
(preferred).
Experience with
payment gateway integrations
and
in-app purchases
.
Knowledge of
webhooks
implementation and management.
Familiarity with
Next.js
and modern full-stack JavaScript environments.
Experience working with
MongoDB
and
PostgreSQL
databases.
Strong understanding of
REST APIs
, microservices, and scalable backend architectures.
Excellent problem-solving skills, debugging ability, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize backend services using Node.js, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Implement real-time features for gaming and interactive applications using sockets.
Manage and integrate payment systems and third-party APIs.
Implement and maintain webhooks for seamless service communication.
Collaborate closely with front-end teams working on Next.js and other modern frameworks.
Design and manage database schemas in MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance system performance.
Contribute to the development of high-quality gaming platforms and scalable digital products.
