Job Description

Job Title: Senior Node.js Developer

Experience:

Job Summary:

Senior Node.js Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services using
Node.js
.
Build and maintain
RESTful APIs
and work on third-party service integrations.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following
best practices and coding standards
.
Participate in
code reviews
, ensuring code quality, reusability, and scalability.
Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
Conduct
unit testing
and contribute to system performance tuning.
Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in backend development and Node.js ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

6+ years
of hands-on experience in
Node.js development
.
Strong proficiency in
JavaScript (ES6+)
and asynchronous programming concepts.
Experience with
Express.js
or similar web frameworks.
Good understanding of
RESTful API design
and implementation.
Familiarity with
version control tools like Git
.
Experience working in
agile development environments
(Scrum/Kanban).
Strong debugging and performance tuning skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker) or CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
