Job Title: Support Engineer
Years of Experience - 3 years minimum Location: Bengaluru (Koramangala) Work Mode: Work from Office Shift: 24x7 rotational shifts (including weekend on-call as per roster)
Mandatory Requirements:
- Exposure to Linux infrastructure - Experience using monitoring tools like Grafana and Zabbix - Understanding of cloud or infrastructure monitoring concepts - Familiarity with basic ticketing systems and workflows - Willingness to work in rotational shifts and weekend on-call support - Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Good to Have:
- Prior exposure to Linux-based systems - Ability to triage and route alerts/tickets appropriately - Familiarity with ITIL processes (especially Incident Management) - Basic scripting awareness (e.g., bash/python) - Experience working in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar 24x7 environment
