As an Automation Specialist at Cloudhire.ai, your key responsibilities will include: - Architecting and implementing a complete lead generation automation workflow using tools such as Clay.com, Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, Vapi, and GoHighLevel (GHL). - Integrating data enrichment and validation tools to ensure the accuracy and quality of leads. - Developing seamless and stable integrations with GHL CRM for reliable communication across all platforms. - Implementing error handling, fallback mechanisms, and data synchronization across systems. - Building and configuring AI-powered conversational systems to enhance lead engagement. - Delivering a fully functional automation system within 1 week and providing clear documentation covering workflow design, system usage, and troubleshooting. - Offering 4 weeks of post-launch support to maintain and optimize performance. To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements: - 3+ years of proven experience with automation tools such as Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Clay.com, and Vapi. - Hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM integrations. - Strong understanding of API integrations and working with third-party data tools. - Ability to design scalable, error-tolerant workflows. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
