NLP Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement NLP algorithms and models to solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate NLP capabilities into applications.
• Conduct research to advance the state of the art in NLP and machine learning.
• Analyze and preprocess text data to improve model performance.
• Evaluate and fine-tune existing NLP models based on performance metrics.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-10 years of experience in Natural Language Processing or related fields.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
• Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience with NLP libraries such as NLTK, SpaCy, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• Familiarity with text processing techniques and tools (e.g., regex, tokenization, stemming, lemmatization).
• Knowledge of deep learning architectures for NLP (e.g., RNNs, LSTMs, Transformers).
• Experience with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) for deploying NLP models.
