Job Description

Role Responsibilities Develop and implement NLP models and algorithms to process large datasets. Enhance existing machine learning models to improve performance and accuracy. Conduct data preprocessing and feature extraction for various datasets. Analyze and visualize data to present insights to stakeholders. Stay updated with the latest trends in NLP and machine learning technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives. Develop and manage APIs for integrating NLP capabilities into applications. Perform statistical analysis on data and summarize results effectively. Assist in the deployment of machine learning models in production environments. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Document processes, projects, and findings for transparency and knowledge sharing. Conduct experiments to optimize model parameters and enhance performance. Participate in code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement. Implement best practices for software development including version control and testing. Engage in agile project management practices to ensure timely delivery of projects. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. Proven experience in Natural Language Processing and Python programming. Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with libraries like NLTK, SpaCy, or similar. Solid understanding of statistical modeling and data analysis techniques. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Matplotlib or Seaborn. Experience in developing APIs and integrating with software applications. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of databases and SQL for data manipulation. Experience with agile project management methodologies. Passion for learning and staying updated with industry trends.
