Raja Nissan, a leading Nissan dealership and service centre in Bangalore, is committed to providing exceptional after-sales service and customer satisfaction. We are urgently hiring a Warranty Incharge to oversee warranty claims, compliance, and approvals at our Marathahalli branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and process all warranty claims in line with Nissan India guidelines.
• Verify warranty eligibility, parts, and labor coverage before claim submission.
• Prepare accurate documentation for warranty approvals.
• Liaise with Nissan India for claim submissions, approvals, and reimbursements.
• Track claim status and follow up to ensure timely settlements.
• Maintain warranty records, reports, and documentation for audits.
• Train service advisors and technicians on warranty policies and claim procedures.
• Identify fraudulent or invalid claims and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Support Service Manager in enhancing customer satisfaction through effective warranty handling.

Requirements

• Diploma / Graduate in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in Automobile Warranty / Service Operations.
• Strong knowledge of warranty processes, claim handling, and manufacturer guidelines.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in DMS/CRM software and MS Office.
• Experience with Nissan, Maruti, Hyundai, Toyota, or similar brands is an advantage.
