Job Description

As a Nice CXone Developer at Infosys, your primary role will be to actively aid the consulting team in various project phases. You will be involved in problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. Your responsibilities will include: - Exploring alternatives to recommended solutions through research such as literature surveys, public domain information, and vendor evaluation to build POCs - Creating requirement specifications from business needs, defining to-be-processes, and detailed functional designs - Configuring solution requirements on the products, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives - Contributing to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality value-adding solutions to customers You will also work with clients to identify business challenges, refine, analyze, and structure relevant data for client deliverables. Additionally, you should have awareness of the latest technologies and trends, logical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
