NF Test Specialist

As a Performance Testing and Automation Expert at Amdocs in Pune, India, you will be responsible for leading performance and non-functional testing to ensure the best quality of Amdocs products, covering aspects such as performance, stability, scalability, and high availability readiness. Your role will involve working with various technologies and tools, including Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes, No SQL DB, Kafka, Couchbase, RESTful services, M2E modeled API services (SOAP), JSON, Kibana/Elastic Search, Grafana, GIT, SQL, Agile, SOAP/REST webservices, Microservices, Jenkins, AWS or similar cloud-based infrastructure, visualization, VMWare platform, LoadRunner, JMeter, network protocols/layers, Linux system/processes monitoring, Perl/Ksh/Bash programming, Java, storage concepts, and AI tools. You should have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in performance testing and automation, with expertise in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, monitoring server performance counters, and OS alert logs. Additionally, familiarity with different network protocols/layers, systems/applications tuning, code profiling, and experience with AI tools, chat for coding, and technology searches will be advantageous. Your responsibilities will include gaining knowledge of product architecture, technology, and business requirements, owning non-functional test designs, planning scope, and preparing demos, conducting performance testing, measuring product resources, code profiling, tuning, sizing, and delivering results and issue analysis. You should have a proven track record of working under tight timelines, developing automation and simulators, enhancing product monitoring tools, and using performance profiling tools. Your role at Amdocs will involve assessing software, suggesting improvements in design or implementation to enhance stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness, and working as part of a team of skilled performance analysts and tuning experts.
