As a part of India's largest and most admired news network, your role will involve overseeing the production and execution of news and news shows to ensure high-quality content delivery. You will be responsible for creating and compiling content for assigned shows, which includes cutting graphics, selecting sound bites, and incorporating other key elements as per editorial requirements. Your coordination skills will be vital as you work with multiple teams such as reporters, research desk, guest coordination, assignment desk, PCR, video editing, and online graphics to put together different elements of a show. Additionally, you will be expected to develop and review rundowns for assigned shows to ensure a smooth workflow and adherence to editorial standards. Qualifications Required: - At least 4 years of experience in broadcast journalism. - Strong understanding of news programming. - Awareness about the current economy and geopolitical scenario. - Ability to multitask and manage real-time updates in a fast-paced newsroom environment. - Excellent coordination and communication skills to work across multiple teams. - Proficiency in news production tools and an eye for compelling storytelling.
