Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ernakulam for a Student Counselor. The Student Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, assisting them with their applications, and guiding them through the admissions process to help them achieve their international education goals. Daily tasks will include one-on-one counseling sessions, providing information about educational institutions and courses, assisting with visa applications, and maintaining accurate records of student interactions.

Qualifications

• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in the Education sector is a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
