New Product Development (NPD) Executive

About Us

We are a growing FMCG startup focused on creating unique, high-quality food products rooted in Indian taste and natural ingredients. We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on New Product Development (NPD) Executive who can take our product ideas from concept to final shelf-ready form.

Role Overview

You’ll work directly with the founders to turn product concepts into real products — from initial trials to the final approved version ready for production. This role is perfect for someone who loves experimenting, understanding formulations, and seeing their creations reach the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Experiment with product recipes and formulations based on given ideas.
• Run small-batch trials and prepare product samples.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for ingredients, packaging, and costing.
• Ensure product feasibility for large-scale manufacturing.
• Conduct shelf-life and quality checks.
• Maintain detailed trial and cost records.
• Present reports and suggestions to founders for improvements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / FMCG or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product development (preferably in snacks, pickles, beverages, spices, etc.).
• Practical knowledge of ingredients, preservatives, and packaging.
• Creativity, ownership, and the ability to work in a startup environment.
