Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Chandigarh. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing client relationships, and achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Supervise and support the sales team (if applicable)
• Prepare and present sales reports to management

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/marketing (BFSI/Insurance preferred)
• Graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Local candidates preferred
