Job Summary

We are looking for a result-driven Sales Team Leader / Business Development Manager to lead a team of sales professionals and drive revenue through new client acquisition, team development, and strategic business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
• Drive daily sales activities and ensure monthly target achievement.
• Conduct regular team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Track team performance and submit timely sales reports to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or business development.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in BFSI / Insurance / Financial Products preferred.
