This leadership role is responsible for managing and mentoring a team of insurance professionals, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional client service. Job Roles and Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of insurance professionals to achieve branch targets. Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, training, and continuous development. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive branch growth and profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards. Oversee daily branch operations, including budgeting, reporting, and resource management. Collaborate with senior management to set and execute branch goals and strategies. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Champion a customer-centric approach by ensuring high levels of service quality. Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction. Desired Candidates Profile: Minimum 7+ years of experience in the life insurance industry. At least 1+ year of demonstrated team management and leadership experience. Proven track record of achieving a business volume of 1+ CR in previous roles. Strong leadership and people management skills. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach.
