We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Direct Channel team. This leadership role is designed for a seasoned professional with a strong background in life insurance and proven team management skills. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving revenue targets, while leading a team of highly motivated sales professionals. Jobs Responsibilities: Lead, inspire, and manage a team of direct sales executives and support staff to meet individual and collective performance goals. Build, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a results-oriented culture. Monitor sales performance and provide strategic direction to achieve revenue goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Develop and implement strategies for business growth, client retention, and cross-selling. Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to maximize business opportunities. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development to team members. Experience and Skills Required: 8+ years of experience in the life insurance industry, with at least 2+ years in team management and team handling. Proven track record of generating at least INR 1.5 Cr business annually in your current or previous role. Strong leadership experience, with the ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and a results-driven approach.
