Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a New Graduate Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for hiring and managing a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building strong customer relationships. This role involves analyzing market trends, creating sales reports, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include hiring and leading sales meetings, training team members, and setting sales targets to drive revenue growth.
