Description

Note This position is only for Bangalore and the associate should work in client premises. Responsibilities Support implementation of the SAP S/4HANA solution to meet the specified business requirements (scoping, design, localization, testing, GoLive, transition to AM) Provide the required level of SAP and functional knowledge on SAP S/4HANA Production Planning Module to the Development, Integration team. Work on Support incidents and change management within project timelines. Comments on Experience Skills Implementation and ConfigurationCollaborate with clients to understand their production planning and manufacturing processes and requirements and configure the SAP PP module accordingly. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and third-party applications, as needed. Should have worked on at least one S4HANA projects and Roll out projects. Should have worked on MTO and MTS strategies. End-to-End Implementation as SAP S/4 Consultant on S4 HANA Manufacturing (Production Planning) including FIORI interface and customization. System OptimizationIdentify opportunities for system optimization and propose solutions to improve efficiency, streamline production processes, and enhance reporting capabilities. Optimize the SAP PP system to meet the specific needs of the business. Support and MaintenanceProvide ongoing support to clients by troubleshooting issues, resolving system errors, and implementing necessary enhancements. Monitor system performance, identify and resolve bottlenecks, and ensure system stability. Testing and DocumentationDevelop test scenarios, perform unit testing, and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT). Document functional specifications, configuration changes, and system enhancements. Create user manuals and provide training to end-users. Ability to understand business processes from a business/end user perspective. Integration KnowledgeUnderstanding of the integration points between SAP PP and other modules like SAP MM (Materials Management), SAP SD (Sales and Distribution), and SAP QM (Quality Management). SAP PP consultant with Experience in setting up QM related processes/ configurations and integration with PP is required. Experienced in setting up integration with legacy/other SAP system via IDOC, Proxy and API. Project ManagementLead or participate in SAP PP/QM implementation and upgrade projects. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and ensure successful project delivery. Production Planning and Manufacturing KnowledgeFamiliarity with production planning and manufacturing processes, capacity planning, shop floor control, and integration. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PP solutions. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, production teams, and cross-functional teams.
