• Resolve critical and complex technical issues in a 24x7x365 global support delivery team. Combine technical expertise and customer requirements to solve complex business challenges.


• Quickly identify customer issues related to existing networks.


• Work with Architects to deliver solutions and deploy new capabilities in customer environments.


• Analyze and eliminate top issues impacting customer experience.


• Build automation to resolve customer issues and develop scripts to automate troubleshooting and diagnostics.


• Create documentation, including SOPs and TSGs, to assist L1/L2 teams in supporting operations.


• Address critical, highly complex customer scenarios spanning multiple Azure services.


• Serve as a technical escalation point within the team.


• Collaborate with the architecture team on process improvements and strategic initiatives.

• Minimum 5 years in a technical role, including 2 years specializing in NSX-T.


• Extensive hands-on experience with NSX-T DFW, Routing and Switching.


• Strong proficiency in Transformation (Migration) lifecycle and NSX-T expertise.


• Expertise with routing protocols and load balancers.


• Aptitude for rapidly learning new technologies in fast-paced environments.


• Dedication to delivering an optimal customer experience.


• Capability to manage large-scale network infrastructure projects.


• In-depth knowledge of network security infrastructure.


• Familiarity with tunneling protocols such as VXLAN and GRE.


• Coordination with various business units to ensure project success.

Primary Skill: NSX-T, DFW, Routing, and Switching

Secondary Skill: vRealize Network Insight (VRNI) and AVI NSX Advanced Load Balancer

Mandatory Certification: CCNA/VCP
