What we are looking for

Role: Network Voice Engineer (Five9, CUCM)

Experience Range: 4 – 8 Years

Location: Bengaluru only

Interview: Saturday online

Must Have:

  • Manage and maintain Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), CUBE routers, and related voice gateways.
  • Configure dial plans, SIP trunks, and call routing policies.
  • Administer voice mail systems and collaboration endpoints. Hands-on experience with

    Cisco Unified Communications

    (CUCM, CUBE routers, SIP, VoIP).
  • Familiarity with

    F59

    (likely referring to a specific Cisco feature or internal code—please confirm if this is a protocol or internal tool).
  • Expertise in

    Prognosis

    for voice monitoring and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with

    Akkadian Provisioning Manager

    for automation and provisioning.
  • Strong understanding of

    SIP, RTP, QoS

    , and voice network protocols.
  • Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Python) for automation tasks.
  • CCNA Collaboration or equivalent certification preferred.

Good to Have:

  • Use Prognosis for real-time monitoring and performance analysis of voice systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve voice quality issues, call failures, and latency problems.
  • Provide Level 2 support for escalated incidents and coordinate with vendors when required.
  • Utilize Akkadian Provisioning Manager for user and device provisioning.
  • Implement automation scripts for repetitive tasks where applicable.
  • Work closely with network, security, and collaboration teams to ensure integrated solutions.

Essential:

  • Participate in capacity planning and voice infrastructure upgrades
  • Ability to consistently look into network administration to diagnose and resolve of network problems
  • Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Excellent in communicators (written and verbal) and team player
  • Ready to work in flexible hours and must have adept customer-service skills

Minimum Qualification:

  • 15 years of full-time education
  • Minimum percentile of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG & PG (if applicable)
