Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 4 to 9 years of experience to join our team as a Remote Centre's L2 Operator in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, responsible for monitoring and controlling wind turbines, electrical substations, and fleet performance across multiple geographies.

Roles and Responsibility

Monitor and control wind turbines, electrical substations, and fleet performance.
Perform real-time supervision, diagnose anomalies, and ensure operational continuity.
Collaborate with local field teams and activate on-site technicians when necessary.
Participate in digitization initiatives by identifying system inefficiencies.
Ensure uninterrupted 24/7 operational coverage through real-time monitoring and remote control.
Execute second-level operational processes using advanced monitoring platforms.

Job Requirements

Technical educational background in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Instrumentation.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field.
Knowledge or experience in wind turbine generator operations is desirable.
Ability to work independently under pressure.
Strong diagnostic, problem-solving, and analytical thinking capability.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Team-oriented mindset with readiness to collaborate across shifts and regions.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning-afternoon-night), Monday to Sunday, ensuring 24/7 operations coverage.
English proficiency at B2 level or above.
