Summary:As a Network & Services Operations Representative, you will engage in the configuration, integration, and management of telecommunication network elements. Your typical day will involve overseeing the life cycle of these elements, ensuring that all configurations are accurate and up to date. You will also manage back office system data records, support customer activations, and make necessary configuration adjustments to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various teams to ensure seamless operations.

Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SD-WAN Operations.- This position is based at our Chennai office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
