What would you do? Helps transform back office and network operations, reduce time to market and grow revenue, by improving customer experience and capex efficiency, and reducing cost-to-serveExperience in reviewing contract and suggesting changes in supportable language.Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Databricks, Palantir. Experience in Machine learning , Gen AI Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns and anomalies in large datasets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Strong understanding of telecom billing systems, revenue recognition principles, and regulatory requirements.Should have worked on- Revenue Assurance controls and perform data analytics to detect revenue leakages by monitoring real-time data transactions through billing system and network architectures.Data driven risk intelligence through advanced Risk framework (detect multiple leakages and identify unbilled revenue).Continuous monitoring of data stream from partner operators and internal sources.Assist in curbing revenue leakage and maximizing cash flow by identifying anomalies between contract and billing history. Recurring audits to detect errors and fraud by analyzing the network elements transaction & data flow.Fraud detection through product UATExperience in pre-bill & post bill validation and complete understanding of bill generation.
