Job Description:
We are looking for a Network Support Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in DHCP, DNS, and OSI Model within a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and troubleshoot network-related issues.
Provide technical support for DHCP, DNS, and OSI layer-related incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless network operations.
Document and escalate issues as per standard procedures.
Shift Details:
Night Shift: 5 days a week
Week Offs: 2 rotational
Transport: Pickup and drop facility provided
Additional Benefits:
Relocation Allowance: ₹14,000

Pay: Up to ₹475,000.00 per year
