Job Responsibility

We are looking for enthusiastic Network Support Executives to join our team in the fastest-growing financial industry in Gift City. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and maintenance to ensure smooth network operations. it's a Full-Time work in X-Change Plaza, Gift City.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and troubleshoot network issues

- Provide technical support to employees and associates

- Perform file uploads and downloads during Morning BOD and Evening EOD processes.

Requirements:

- Graduate in IT, BCA, BSc, BTech, or relevant diploma

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Computer Networking, CCNA)
- Basic concepts of computers, Networking, IP Address policy and servers
