Network Support Engineer (Contract Base)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Assistant who can handle basic computer hardware issues, install required software, and provide support in day-to-day IT operations. The candidate should also have basic knowledge of networking and domain environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and fix basic computer hardware issues.
• Install and configure software and operating systems.
• Provide support for user login, domain join, and profile-related issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, IP settings).
• Assist in routine system checks and updates.
• Ensure proper functioning of desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Maintain documentation of IT activities and support provided.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support / technical assistance.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, IP configuration).
• Familiarity with domain environment (Active Directory, user login, password reset).
• Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Diploma/Certification in IT/Computer Hardware & Networking preferred.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
