Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain large-scale network storage systems for high availability and performance.
Troubleshoot complex network issues using various tools and techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new network architectures.
Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.
Conduct regular security audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement remediation measures.
Provide technical support and training to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of network protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with network management tools like SolarWinds and EMC configuration manager (Voyence).
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures is an added advantage.
