Network Specialist - Enterprise Networking( SDWAN - CISCO & PRISMA)

The Role

Do you want to be at the forefront of designing and implementing cutting-edge network solutions Within our Network Services team at Kyndryl, you will be the go-to expert for providing top-of-the-line technical solutions throughout the entire solution lifecycle. You will be responsible for creating local and wide-area network solutions that utilize multiple platforms and protocols, ensuring that our customers have the best possible network infrastructure to support their business needs.

Network Services Specialist engineer will be part of agile Network Services Operation and Network Tools squad. The candidate to have strong foundation and understanding about Network Technologies, perform implementation, have problem solving and network troubleshooting skills, drive to ensure robust network performance, and support virtual private network secure communications for end users. The successful network specialist engineer will support, manage and implement network infrastructure to its high ITIL standards:

• The individual works with products or solutions on multi-vendor hardware and operating system.
• Supports/troubleshoots network issues and coordinates with vendors and telco carrier for installation of such items as routers, switches and circuits.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network issues for global Kyndryl network infrastructure.
• Act as an escalation point for network engineers to resolve complicated network issues.
• Apply industry's best practices / standards to analyse and resolve network issues and incidents.
• Perform network infrastructure health checking, patching, vulnerability scanning, and reporting.
• Effective and supportive collaboration with team members and other IT organizations to successfully support network operations.
• Use of collaborative tools to communicate with customers and partners to address operational issues.
• Support the drive for continual operational improvement.
• Coordinate activities with OEMs partners. - Juniper, Cisco, Palo Alto and other technologies partners and drive timely resolution for complicated network issues. Individual to be responsible for working on complex networks, tooling & automation and related network architectures and solutions.
• Ensure security compliance posture is established and maintained in delivering solution.
• Ability to create process and technical documents.
• Must have worked on network transition and transformation projects.
• Assist in project planning, cost analysis and vendor comparisons.
• Ability to design, implement and support Network tools Platform.
