Job Description

Network Security Process Engineer

Experience: 2 Years

Location: Pune

Expertise

We’re looking for candidates with:

1–3 years of experience in process engineering, IT service management, or a related operational improvement role.
Strong analytical thinking skills with an eye for detail and a structured approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with IT and network security concepts (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, proxies, NAC, endpoint security).
Ability to document and visualize processes using standard notations (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
Proactive and adaptable mindset with enthusiasm for process optimization and operational excellence.
Knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management) and other IT service management practices.
Certifications in IT Security Standards (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, etc.) and Process Frameworks (ITIL, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
International working experience is considered an advantage.
