Description
7-10 years of experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, routing, and VPN technologies. Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is mandatory. Skills in network automation tools and scripting languages (like Python, Ansible). Certifications in Palo Alto Networks (PCNSE) is preferred. Certifications in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is added Advantage. Experience in remote support on handling Network device IOS Upgrades, Network Troubleshooting, Network Device replacements and Cert / license Managements etc. Strong practical knowledge of Network concepts like Firewall Monitoring, Policy creation, VPN creation, Proxy, Python Automation, IPS, IDS, VPC (Virtual Private Cloud), BGP, OSPF, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Network Protocols, Network Configuration, link aggregation, NAT, ACL, MPLS, ISP related issues. Etc. Experience in NOC (Network Operations Centre), Incident Management, change management is needed. Experience in handling & working with cross functional teams Network Bridge calls & Triage calls. Ability to communicate courteously and effectively with customers, Tac Team, third party vendors. Knowledge on service now, SolarWinds GitLab, GitHub, Networking monitoring & Network Automation tools is considered as an advantage.
