Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring of Security Devices:

• Regularly monitor

  Check Point

  and

  Palo Alto Firewalls

  and other security appliances.

1. Firewall Policy Management:

• Perform

  firewall policy and rule changes

  (e.g., server access, port openings).

1. Backup Management:

• Maintain

  daily, weekly, and monthly backups

  of all devices.

1. L1 Support Operations:

• Raise

  support tickets

  and

  Change Request Forms (CRFs)

  .
• Implement validated

  CRF rule changes

  under supervision.

1. Incident Management:

• Monitor and manage incidents related to:

• Next-Generation Firewall (NGFW)

• Endpoint EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)

• Email Security

  with sandbox solutions

1. Device Onboarding:

• Onboard

  new devices and machines

  onto the

  Endpoint Protection Platform

  .

1. Operational Support:

• Perform

  daily operational tasks

  ,

  solution health checks

  , and

  endpoint deployment coordination

  .
• Monitor

  signature update status

  on endpoints and generate

  daily status reports

  .
