Experience: 3+ years

Mandatory Skill Sets for System Administrator – Security

• Co-ordination with SOC team and resolution of incidents raised by SOC team for malware
• infected endpoints, abnormal denied requests etc.
• Monitoring security dashboard for availability and alerts.
• Troubleshooting of security solutions/ call logging/ follow-up with OEMs/ SIs, Remote locations.
• Administration/ Monitoring/ troubleshooting of firewalls at locations and co-ordination with locations/ OT OEMs.
• Support users/ admins for troubleshooting access related issues/ security solutions.
• Prepare and submit report on Security Parameters and Status.
• Should be certified in CCNA/ CCNP switching & routing/ CCSA/ Comptia Security Plus/security solutions (Palo Alto/ Checkpoint/ Fortinet etc.).
• Minimum 3 year experience of managing different security solutions.

Desirable Skill Sets for System Administrator – Security

• Should be certified in CCSA/ CompTIA Security Plus/ security solutions (Palo Alto/
• Checkpoint/ Fortinet etc.)

Education Criteria:
The resource should possess minimum qualification MCA or B.E /B.Tech in Computer Science or Computer Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics & Telecommunication with minimum passing marks of 60%.
