Network Relationship Manager

Job Summary

The Network Relationship Manager is responsible for generating and managing associates through various platforms to support business growth. This role involves building strong networks, maintaining relationships with associates, and engaging with them both online and onsite.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and onboard associates through social media, events, referrals, and other platforms.
• Build, strengthen, and maintain long-term relationships with associates.
• Meet associates online or onsite to explain business models and processes.
• Track associate activity, engagement, and performance regularly.
• Provide guidance, support, and regular follow-up to associates.
• Prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams for smooth associate management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in networking, associate management, or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
• Comfortable interacting with associates online and in person.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
