Network OSS Developer

• Expertise in Network Management System OSS BSS
• In depth knowledge of networking protocols including TCP IP SNMP
• Should have analyzed the Ops data processes provide insights and suggest improvements based on KPIs
• Responsible for designing implementing and maintaining robust network monitoring solutions to ensure the availability reliability and performance of network infrastructure
• Should have hands on in FCAPS essentially Fault Management Configuration and Security
• Expertise in responsible of Managing the Provisioning Capacity Performance of IT Infrastructures and end to end delivery of IT services
• Should have hands on in preparing the Requirements Design and Solution documents
• Understanding of Technology Landscape such as E2E OSS BSS Network Monitoring System Incident Change management Network Service inventory Service Assurance journey Fault Orchestration Field Operations Network Performance Management Microservices based Architecture Robotic Process Automation
• Evaluate and select appropriate monitoring tools technologies and methodologies to effectively monitor network traffic performance metrics and security events
• Ensures compliance to SLAs policies and standard operating procedures without fail and leverage tools escalation points knowledgebase tools internal applications etc
• to help resolve customer issues
