Strong troubleshooting capabilities using tooling such as SevOne, Splunk and NNM Experience using Git Hub, Jenkins & Jira. Very good understanding of networks and networking concepts, inc. DNS, routing and switching and firewalls. Coding skills in Python and Ansible as well as previous knowledge deploying to AWS not essential but would be helpful. As the Grafana and Elastic Architect, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and optimize the observability platform. You will ensure cost-effective operations, define guardrails, and promote best practices. Your role will involve overseeing the platforms" day-to-day support, managing vendors and partners, and collaborating closely with application owners for successful onboarding. Additionally, you will lead the deployment of AI Ops and other advanced features within Grafana and Elastic while working alongside other observability, ITSM, and platform architects.
