Job Title: Nokia Provisioning Lead Developer Experience Required: 10+ years of experience in provisioning and network management systems, with extensive experience in Nokia FlowOne. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the development and maintenance of provisioning systems for Nokia FlowOne. Define and implement strategic initiatives for automated provisioning processes. Lead and manage a team of developers, providing technical direction and mentorship. Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align provisioning systems with business objectives. Ensure high availability and performance of provisioning systems through proactive monitoring and optimization. Develop and enforce best practices for documentation, training, and knowledge sharing. Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents based on client requirements. Interact with upstream and downstream system representatives to align on interface-level discussions. Review implemented code and resolve issues. Handle User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions and obtain necessary sign-offs. Manage deliverable timelines without delays. Regularly interact with clients to update progress and resolve queries. Skills and Qualifications: Expert knowledge of Nokia FlowOne provisioning systems and network management tools. Mastery of scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell.
