Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Network Ops Control Specialist to join our team at BMC Software, an industry leader in IT Services & Consulting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network operations and control systems.

Roles and Responsibility

Design, implement, and manage network operations control systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve complex network issues.

Develop and maintain documentation of network architecture and topology.

Troubleshoot and optimize network protocols and devices.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for network security and management.

Provide technical support and training to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of network protocols and architectures, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
