Job Description

As a Network Team Lead at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to lead, mentor, and manage the network team to ensure high performance and collaboration with multiple stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, and wireless networks. You will be tasked with implementing and monitoring network security measures to ensure compliance with standards like ISO and GDPR. Additionally, you will oversee troubleshooting and resolution of complex network issues to minimize downtime and lead network-related projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. It is crucial to have familiarity with cloud security, including AWS/Azure firewalls and cloud-native security tools. Qualifications Required: - 12-18 years of experience in designing, deploying, and managing Network enterprise Datacenter - Proficiency in monitoring and performance optimization utilizing tools like SolarWinds, Wireshark, and Cisco NMS - Ability to design and implement secure network architectures including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, firewall policies, security roles, and segmentation - Experience working closely with IT leadership, business units, and external vendors to align network strategies with organizational goals - Proficient in performing firewall audits, log analysis, and threat monitoring to mitigate security risks Working at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to work on next-gen network architectures including SD-WAN, Zero Trust, SASE, and cloud-native networking.
